Trust as the foundation of the brand: Brand Bowl Hamburg in March 2023

Rolls Royce, the cooperative bank PSD and the stain remover Ace. What do they all have in common? They are brands, and the principles of brand management apply to them. Ultimately, the same applies to all of them: brands are social alliances built on trust. That was the focus of the Brand Club event. «Brand Bowl» on March 21st in Hamburg, which Christian Prill initiated in his capacity as Brand Club board member Germany.

The format is proving successful: Lively discussions on current brand management topics were held with a maximum of 25 brand professionals from diverse industries and roles. This time, the following served as keynote speakers: Frauke Schoon (Head of Brand Management, PSD Bank Nord eG) and Marc Mielau (formerly Brand Management) Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Founder 145 Vodka) will be won. Now we know (even more than before) that

  • Super-luxury cars are sometimes more like real estate than movable property, and their customers live in a unique social field that needs to be understood.
  • Brand gaps arise primarily when customers are not adequately involved in brand management.
  • Brand management is a matter for company management and should be exemplified by others.

The Brand Bowl is, of course, only ever as good as everyone who actively participates.
