Lucienne Calderon has been actively supporting the Brand Club since February as\u00a0<strong>Ambassador <\/strong>for<strong> Client Experience<\/strong>.In this role, she actively participated in organizing the Brand Bowl in Zurich, which, thanks to her expertise and commitment, became a fantastic experience for everyone involved. In the following short interview, Lucienne describes her personal connection to the Brand Club and the topic of &quot;branding.&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BC: Please introduce yourself briefly.<\/strong><br>LC: I&#039;m Lucienne Calderon,<em> <\/em>Owner and Managing Director of BEYOND Experience Design, a Client Experience Agency in St. Gallen that helps companies stand out from the crowd by creating outstanding customer experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BC: What perspectives on &quot;brand&quot; do you bring to the Brand Club?<\/strong><br>LC: As a Client Experience expert with over 10 years of practical experience, my unbridled passion lies in cultivating sustainable customer relationships through connection and enthusiasm. I am convinced that customer loyalty and organic growth can only emerge when brands are authentically experienced and tangible, and that&#039;s precisely where Client Experience comes in. Raising awareness of the endless opportunities presented by the strong connection between brand and customer experience, and intensifying brand experiences, is my calling and my heartfelt mission. It is precisely this passion that brought me to the Brand Club.
